This truly iconic house is impeccably furnished with 20th Century modern collectables such as Eames, Jacobsen, Wegner alongside art works by well known Australian artists such as Blackman and Whitely, who were painting during the period the house was created.

Several entertaining options and function spaces exist on the 34 acre property, including the Roy Grounds library, the Dower House and of course the Boyd Baker House which is complete with centre courtyard, and the famous ‘school room’.

With the capacity to sleep 12 people overnight (and another 4 people within the Dower house on the property), the Boyd Baker House is also able to accommodate the wedding party and wedding breakfast the next day, amongst the serenity of bull mallee flora and native fauna.
